A clean and pleasant room with a very comfortable bed. The bathrooms could be better, although the shower water actually stays in the shower, so points earned there! Two sinks would be better.

Overall, a very good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet was great and we really appreciated the shuttle service (with towels, umbrellas and beach chairs) for our afternoon at the beach. I would definitely return, and the people we were visiting with also liked it, and intend to tell others that might be traveling to Naples.

The Inn at Pelican Bay rightly deserves its stellar reviews and reputation! Firstly, this is a very inviting property - the ground floor entrance and lobby are grand in a comfortable way and the hotel has many amenities: free parking, included breakfast, a pool and a fitness room, and concierge services. Most of all, the staff - from management to all others are very friendly and helpful. For example, Krenar - who, among other things, drives the shuttle that takes one from the hotel to a very nice nearby beach - is warm, welcoming, and aims to please, always with a smile on his face. If there is anything that could be improved it's that the pool is on the smaller side (so, in actuality, that can't easily be improved if at all) and the gym is especially so - it is really well outfitted, but if there are two people in there it's very cozy and if there are three it requires a neat choreography to have a remotely good workout. Putting those things aside, the key thing to remember is that this is an excellent hotel and it's people are top drawer!
