Had nice walking areas to take the pups for the walk and they enjoyed seeing the other animals in the petting zoo. We were not able to take advantage of the other amenities like the breakfast or the massages but maybe next time I am up shooting at the Cardinal Center. So we would stay here again."

"The property and cottage is beautiful. We had access to canoes, kayaks, and a paddle boat for the lake that is approximately 150 ft from the cottage. We brought fishing gear and everyone who fished caught something. (Bass, bluegill and crappie). The only downside was the strong sulfur smell emanating from the water. From my family’s perspective, it was not drinkable, or suitable for showers and overpowered the air in the cottage to the point where we left our door open. We notified the host and...

"We live on a farm so our trip was about just getting away. Off the beaten path. We stayed in the cabin room and never left. Good married time. Kitchen was nice, items provided very nice. Only negative was the bed. Awful. Like sleeping in a hammock. It just needs replaced."

"I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds."
