"The appartment is clean and basic. But guests should be aware that it is located in an old building. The state of the building in general is lower than that of the appartment itself."

"Host was Great. Parking was hected to say the least. Property had roaches. The area felt safe at night. Unit B was way nicer than Unit A."

"The place is clean, and exactly as pictured. It’s perfect for one or two people to have as a home base in the Fishtown. Alberto is an amazing host and went so far as to mail me property I had accidentally left there when I checked out."

"Property was very nice "

"great host! i had a good time staying at this unit"

"Nice cozy spot would recommend"

"Clean,comfortable,and cozy."

"If I could give it more stars, I most definitely would! The host is AMAZING with communication and very polite! Definitely enjoyed staying here just for a place to lay my head from enjoying my birthday out in Philly! Definitely would visit again!"

"Nice place recently renovated...walkable area...parking can be tough, but its Philly."

"This property is very convenient to concerts at TD at the Mann center. The space was comfortable, and quiet, but it would be a plus if coffee was available for the morning . If you are going to visit the zoo or concert venue, I highly recommend the close proximity. 4 stars ⭐️"

"Great place. Reasonably priced. I would stay here again."

"The property was just fine. The space was laid out nicely, clean and the AC worked. It was close to public transportation and nearby food options. Check-in and out instructions were pretty clear and easy enough to follow. It’s a nice little spot. Parking is the only thing that took some additional planning but there was a parking lot within a few minutes walking distance that worked out."
