The space
This is a well-furnished, modern apartment located in the posh neighborhood of Saini Enclave in East Delhi. The main charm is the prime location with state of the are interiors and ample amenities of the apartment, including High-Speed WiFi, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Air-Conditioning, Refrigerator, R.O Water Machine, Satellite Television, 24/7 Hot Running Water and more. We always keep the apartment sparkling clean and hygienic, so that our guests feel right at home. It is situated on the first floor.

The apartment has three large bedrooms with supremely comfortable queen size beds and attached western-style washrooms in each room, with high-quality Grohe fitments, geysers and dressing areas. The large living room acts as meeting area as well as a dining room. There is a fully-equipped kitchen for your usage, with all the features such as LPG gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, utensils etc.

This apartment is ideal for small and large families as well as for stay of marriage guests. We have another 3 bedroom apartment in the same building, located below this one, thereby making these the ideal choice for Large Groups such as Marriage Guests or Extended Families. We provide extra floor mattresses in case their are more than 6 guests, and up to 20 guests can comfortably stay in the apartment. The entire apartment is air-conditioned, and the bedrooms have LCD Television with satellite connections as well. The building is quiet and secure, offering a relaxed, hassle free stay.

You can cook your own food in the kitchen, but don't miss out on our freshly cooked homemade food at nominal prices. Do tell us beforehand if you wish to treat yourself with a delicious breakfast, lunch/dinner or simply a piping hot cup of Masala Tea! You also have a choice of more than 25 restaurants within a 1KM radius that offer various cuisines.

Apart from fully equipped kitchen in the apartment for your private and exclusive use, you have the choice of ordering home made food from us. The breakfast is at Rs. 175 per person and meals at Rs. 300/- per person.

The neighborhood shopping centers of Saini Enclave and Karkardooma are extremely close-by, and have lively restaurants/bars, pharmacies, grocery stores & convenient Forex shops to exchange currency. The nearest metro station of Karkardooma is a walk of barely 5 minutes. Our long-time managers Chhotu Bhaiya, Pramod Bhaiya and Ravindra Bhaiya are always on hand to help you navigate the local area, walk you to the local market, help you get taxis or tuk-tuks, take you to a reliable Forex outlet, set yourself up with a local SIM card for your phone or anything else you may need to make your visit hassle-free.

The place, being situated on a main road is easily accessible and very central; A short 10 minute drive from Anand Vihar ISBT and only 20 minutes by metro to the city center, Connaught Place. We also have multiple banquet halls, shopping malls and hotels like Leela Ambience in close vicinity to our apartment. The cars of guests can be parked outside the building on main road.
Guest access
The entire apartment is set-up only for our guests, ensuring complete privacy and convenience. You get the entire 3 bedroom apartment, a free parking space for your vehicle, access to all the modern amenities including a small, specially curated library and at last but not the least, our excellent hospitality. Please note that entire apartment will be at your disposal and you are not sharing this apartment with any one else.

The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, gas, utensils etc which is capable of cooking and serving 15 guests.

Being frequent travelers ourselves, we understand the importance of quick assistance when it comes to the needs of our guests. We are happy to help you with shuttle bookings, metro routes, train or flight tickets, outstation cabs, sight-seeing tours, foreign exchange or anything else you may require help with. We also have a dedicated manager, Mr. Ravindra, to assist you throughout your stay and to troubleshoot any issues. We provide daily housekeeping services at the choice of the guest, and respect their privacy.

We shall certainly accommodate an early check-in/late check-out, however it is subject to availability. Please inform us beforehand if you need an early check-in or late check-out, so that we can confirm if it is available or not and at what price.

The apartment is located in a secure neighborhood and is very friendly for families, kids and women travelers. With 2 apartments in the same building and close vicinity to multiple banquet halls, it is ideal for large groups or marriage guests.

Uber and Ola cabs are easily available to and from the apartment. Popular tourist spots, such as India Gate, Akshardham, Connaught Place, Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid, Humayun's Tomb etc. are at a distance of just 20-25 minutes by taxi or metro. The closest metro station of Karkardooma, a 5 minute walk, falls on the Blue-Line of Delhi Metro.

Visiting the Taj Mahal in Agra is also very convenient and something we definitely recommend, with a few hours of comfortable travel on the Taj Expressway.
