"The pool was unusable. It was not cleaned. The staff was not friendly, overworked and tired. They knew the place needed upgrades but nothing they can do about it. I called down for an extra pillow and the front desk said she was the only one there and there weren’t any left. I was suppose to stay 2 nights but left after the first."

Other issues which appear to reflect on an older hotel: * No overhang to protect you while you unload your car and register in the lobby during a rainstorm * No cutouts in the curb to pull your luggage into the lobby.
