Very clean, this is a lovely old building right in the heart of a quaint town. seniors: beware as there a stairs to all rooms and part of them have no handrails!!! And the showers have extremely slippery tile with no hand rails at all. Not appropriate for seniors with any mobility issues."

"This is a little oasis in the of the Mississippi Delta. It was beautiful, comfortable, and worth every penny requested for the stay. The place was clean, John was sweet and responsive, and it’s right off the golf course. I took full liberty of swimming in the pool which was maintained and kept clean. I’ll stay again upon my return to Clarksdale. "

"The space was very dirty - dark hairs on bathroom floor, mold around tub, carpet throughout was very dirty. There was no toilet paper so had to go get some as soon as we arrived. "
