"The hotel was very big and busy. Some of the fixtures and fittings in our room were a bit tired and in need of updating but overall we had a very comfortable, spacious room with a balcony. We were situated close to the main entrance doors so sometimes it was a bit noisy with coaches running their engines. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave, both very useful. We enjoyed using the indoor pool, excellent hot tub and there was a water slide which my son loved. If we needed anything eg. clean towels, we rang Reception and someone came very quickly to bring them. We did not have a car but walked each day to Bridgeport station to take the sky train downtown. It was about a 25 minute walk each way. There are places to eat and some useful shops and a supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. We used the free shuttle service to the airport at 5am and it was well organized and punctual. It was a pleasant stay, we felt safe and comfortable."

"Clean, kind staff, great location. Good value for what we paid. Access to amenities was very nice. We had a bit of a miscommunication with staff about getting our room serviced (they came once during our 4 night stay, even when we explicitly asked them to), but they were quick to at least change our towels. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again."

"Place was great. A few times could hear footsteps above us but it was only in the living area during the day and it really wasn't loud. Im always concerned about that when getting a place with someone above. Didn't cook but kitchen looked well stocked. Would stay again if in the area."

"Alice is an excellent host! The property was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and we were greeted with fresh grapes upon arrival. Some members of our group were hungry, and Alice gave us noodles for us. She even helped us book an Uber when we needed one.This was our first trip to Canada, and Alice made our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. I would definitely stay at her property again and highly recommend her to other guests!"
