"We found stuff from someone else's stay under one of the beds, which made me question cleanliness. Also, we were disappointed to find there is no elevator, as we are both disabled."
"We stayed for two nights. The first night there we had farm fresh eggs, a pear syrup and a package of pancake mix and granola in the fridge for our breakfast in the morning. That day we went and did some other activities and didn't get back until that night. When we got back, we didn't have a second breakfast waiting for us in the fridge for the next day. We left the following morning and found some place for breakfast. Everything was great except for that little piece, but it turned out fine....
"The lady at the front desk was super nice when we checked in, so our first impression was good. And, it could have stayed that way if there wasn't a pile of dirt in both corners by the dresser in our room. Clearly, the room had just been marginally/incompletely swept and never mopped. It just gave us a yuck impression although the sheets seemed clean. The grounds were just weeds and cigarette butts. Stayed around 4th of July so were subject to FOX "news" in the breakfast room telling us...
"This was the worst best western I’ve ever stayed at. The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning unit made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. The pool was heated to an uncomfortably warm temperature and the pool room was excessively humid. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped in resolving an issue that was not theirs to resolve, so I appreciate the staff for sure. This property is in dire need of upgrades, or to call it what it is and adjust the price...
