Vacaciones

Las fotos no corresponden con la realidad, el colchón matrimonio debía estar en la basura junto con las tumbonas que estaban carcomidas y deterioradas. La luz de la piscina no pudieron o no quisieron repararla por no decir las sartenes y cacerolas que estarían mejor en el contenedor Cuando llegamos ya tuvieron qu.arreglar la tele y poner una bombilla en el baño.Pienso que debería estar todo a punto para la llegada del personal que disfruta sus vacaciones .

Komfortable Villa mit toller Lage

Wir, eine fünfköpfige Familie, haben fünf wundervolle Tage dort verbracht. Die Villa war bestens ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders schön war es, nach einem Tag am nur 450 m entfernten, traumhaften Sandstrand im Pool zu entspannen. In der Nähe gab es mehrere Restaurants mit gutem Service. Auch das Personal der Agentur war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit, wenn wir Unterstützung brauchten.

Poca privacidad

La casa i equipamiento correctos, faltó tener parasol en el jardín que no llegó. La piscina genial. Lo menos bueno la cerca que separa del resto de casas. Está semicubierta por una especie de lona verde demasiado pequeña, con lo cual no tienes privacidad en el exterior.

Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Manche Sachen in der Küche und die Betten so wie das Sofa ist in die Jahre gekommen. Könnte mal ausgetauscht werden.

La piscina estaba sucia, llamamos para que la limpiaran pero no sé enchufo la depuradora hasta el último día, la reja que separa las casas no tiene nada de intimidad y nos quejemos por que entraba el perro de la casa de al lado y no pudimos tener a nuestra perrita suelta por el terreno

Gaviota

La maison était très bien, seuls bémols, l'état de la literie 90 était très passable, lattes cassées ou manquantes. Vaisselle obsolète, wifi très médiocre, compliqué avec 4 ados... L'état de propreté impeccable, maison très agréable et confortable, piscine entretenue tous les jours par un professionnel. Maison idéalement située dans un quartier calme et proche de la mer. Accueil parfait réalisé par 2 hôtesses très sympathiques et souriantes. Nous avons passé une super semaine, merci beaucoup.

Außen hui, innen verwöhnt, tolle Lage

Klasse Haus mit tollem Pool, leider sind die Möbel stark heruntergekommen und sollten dringend erneuert werden - die Stühle, der Esstisch und die Lattenroste sind kurz vor dem Verfall. Schöner Strand mit Dünen in 3-4 Gehminuten. Der Spar und die Restaurants waren leider (Ende Oktober normal) geschlossen. Die gefühlt 1 Mio Moskitos wurden sehr gut von den Fliegengittern ferngehalten. Schlechtes Internet...nur auf der Terrasse

Buena opción de vacaciones tranquilas

La casita está muy bien, la piscina es ideal, tiene espacio fuera para que jueguen los niños y una mesa para comer. El interior de la casa es sencillo pero tiene todo lo necesario. Añadiría muebles en el baño para poner más cosas y también un lavavajillas....pero en general está muy bien. El trato con la propiedad también ha sido muy agradable. Muchas gracias por todo!

El sitio es bonito pero el mantenimiento de la casa brilla por su ausencia. Los colchones dejan mucho que desear y falta algo de menaje de cocina. Por lo demas bien.

Von Aussen ein wirklich schönes Haus. Die Inneneinrichtung war sehr spärlich und sehr abgenutzt, Sofa eingerissen. Leider keine Küchenmesser, Brettchen oder Schüsseln. In der Kühlschranktür fehlte das untere Fach.

Publicidad engañosa

Por fuera, la casa parece mucho más grande en el anuncio. Al llegar, cuando fuimos a buscar las llaves a las 16h como nos habían indicado, precisando que fuéramos puntuales, tuvimos que hacer una cola al sol de más de una hora con dos niñas que tuvieron que esperarse en el coche encendido con aire por el calor horrible que hacía. Al quejarnos, nos dijeron que era normal y que ya se sabía porque era el mes de agosto. Luego nos dieron las sábanas para llevarlas nosotros a la casa y hacernos las camas. No dan toallas para los pies para salir de la ducha. Las pedimos y nos dijeron que no. La piscina estaba muy sucia al tercer día. Cuando llamamos, nos dijeron que ya pasarían unas 5 horas más tarde para limpiarla. La ducha de fuera está embozada, un sillón con una raja, las sillas del comedor están hechas polvo. No te dejan ningún trapo. Para entrar al pk había un agujero con una tapa que se movía con muchísimo ruido cada vez que pasabas. No hay sombra fuera ni sombrillas.

Hay cosas que mejorar.

La piscina tubimos que estar cada dia llamando los primeros dias, el agua estaba verde y sucia, las camas son muy malos los colchones son pesimos, en el porche que cada dia da el sol no habia un parasol, tubimos que pedir uno, la zona es muy tranquila, la playa esta muy cerca caminando, lastima que por los mosquitos por la tarde noche hay que esconderse dentro de la casa.

Zona tranquila , una mica allunyada de la platja Coses a millorar: roba de llit bruts, cortines de la dutxa antihigieniques, piscina falta manteniment, a la terrassa fa falta un toldo per poderhi estar a partir del migdia, aire acondicionat amb panells molt bruts.

Buena experiencia!

Ha sido una buena elección, la casa está bien equipada, es cómoda y está bien ubicada. Algunos detalles de mantenimiento mejorables, pero en general bien!

Les détails......

La location correspondait à notre attente. Le seul hic les équipements ménagers sont un peu légers. Présence d'un four mais pas de plat pour aller avec. Pas de saladier pour faire une salade composée.... Dans la salle d eau de la suite présence d un rideau de douche très désagréable qui se colle à la peau lorsqu'on se douche. Une paroie serait plus pratique et hygiénique. A part ces quelques détails une très bonne expérience. A renouveler.

Zona de piscina

Se hecho en falta una soporte para una sombrillla o incluso esta misma, nosotros la llevamos pero no pudimos instarla por que nos faltaba el soporte. Tambien hechamos algo de sombra en el porche, la mesa dispone de la opcion de poder instalar una sombrilla pero haria falta la sombrilla y el soporte.
