  • Get away to beautiful Wall Lake, a 540 acre all sports private lake in Delton MI. This conveniently located getaway is 20 miles from downtown Kalamazoo, 35 miles from downtown Grand Rapids, and less than 3 hours from Chicago and Detroit. Whether you want to relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets, build a sandcastle on the beach, swim and play in the sandy bottom water, or spend the day out on the lake, this is the place for you. A great place to spend time with a few friends and enough space to accommodate several families, this house offers 5 bedrooms with pillow top mattresses, 2 ½ baths, a large kitchen/dining room, living room, and spacious four seasons room. Outside you will find a yard with space to play, beach with fire pit, and 75 feet of lake frontage to enjoy all that lake living offers.

    OUTSIDE:
    Relax in the shade of the large trees, bask in the sun by the water, or challenge each other to games in the yard. The kids will love the beach area and the clear, shallow water is perfect for playing and swimming. The dock is the ideal spot for some early morning fishing or bring your boat to spend time out on the lake. In the evenings grab the marshmallows and relax by the fire while enjoying the sunset directly across the lake.

    INSIDE:
    If you get too hot in the sun, come inside to the central air conditioning. The kitchen/dining room is recently updated with new appliances, including a dishwasher, and the dining area features a large table for everyone to enjoy meals together. The living room has ample seating with a large sectional, love seat, and two chairs if you want to take a break and watch tv or a movie on the smart tv. Off the living room is a four seasons room which is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, playing board games, or relaxing and reading in the cool breeze off the lake. The main floor also has a large bedroom with a gorgeous view of the lake. Both a full bathroom with shower/tub and half bath are centrally located on the main level. Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms with new pillow top mattresses and a full bathroom with a tub.

Great weekend stay

We all really enjoyed the house and location on the water. Lake was clean where the kids could swim by the dock. Plenty of room for everyone.

Men’s Golf Getaway

More than enough space for 8 golfers, courses were 20 minutes away on country roads but it was great sitting by the lake after golfing.

Peaceful, quiet lake

Home faces west for amazing sunsets and the sandy shoreline is shallow which was perfect for our younger kids. During the week boat traffic was very limited while fishing was excellent.

Family vacation

This was our third family vacation at this house. We love it. We do a lot of boating and fishing, the lake is great for both. Sitting around the campfire watching the beautiful sunsets is real treat. We had a great time.

Beach and house were clean and inviting

Perfect beach area, enough rooms and beds for everyone and we still had multiple left open. Screened in deck was a favorite when inside. Clean house. Definitely a house my family of 9 will be visiting again!

Family get-together

We loved our stay on Wall Lake. It was the perfect spot for us joining together as a family. The cottage was very spacious and gave us all kinds of gathering spaces for game playing, eating, and sleeping. The lake was the perfect size for boat riding, fishing, and swimming. Perfect sunsets followed by perfect bonfires. Loved. Loved. Loved

Great stay with 13 people

Korey was amazing at answering all our questions and the stay was amazing. We brought two boats and had a great time on the lake. The fishing was good and the skiing even better because it was a private lake with not to many other boats. The house has plenty of space, fully stocked with all needed items, and was wonderful for our large family. Thanks Korey!

Short Title

Overall the rental was fine. The biggest complaint was the second floor shower. It was not a standard height. Shower head was at a height for children. Home owner was slow to respond to questions, if at all.

Fishing fun!!

Overall the place is great for a family ..it’s big lots of room..we had 3 little girls ..loved the beach.. loved fishing..they must of caught 300 bluegills & one bass off the dock..great fun for them!! The adults also caught a lot of larger bass right off the dock .. not “bragging” I got a 19 inch one..it was a good time! Kitchen well equipped..good appliances…but bring your own spices..amazing laundry appliances..great when you have kids! If you have a boat it’s a private launch down the road it’s a bit “iffy” to maneuver down the narrow road but we managed..the only thing negative is ..the half bath could use a remodel..the water has ruined that sink & it just seems dirty that is impossible to clean up!! Overall we had a good time..would rent again!!

Our group of 12 recently stayed at this incredible lake house on Wall Lake, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property and the attention to detail throughout the home. It was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — the only thing we brought was food, which was made clear ahead of time.The layout was perfect for a large group, with plenty of room to gather together and also enough space to spread out and relax. Whether we were cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, lounging on the deck with lake views, playing games in the living room, or enjoying the water activities, there was always something for everyone to do.Wall Lake itself is absolutely gorgeous — calm, clean, and perfect for swimming, kayaking, and sunset watching. The private dock and outdoor fire pit were major highlights for us. Every evening ended with laughter by the fire under the stars.The hosts were exceptional — responsive, friendly, and truly committed to making our stay enjoyable. They’ve thought of everything except the food, which gave us a great opportunity to explore some local spots and cook our favorite meals together.We’re already talking about making this an annual trip.

NOT a swimming lake

The house was nice enough, well laid out for a large extended family, with two different long tables for family games and cards, but we are a swimming family and we chose this place because it was described as a good swimming lake. It is not! The lake is mucky- and rocky-bottomed with weeds throughout. Even if you paddleboard out to the middle of the lake you are looking at weeds poking up. Then the internet went out the first day and we discovered the owner's phone number on the fridge was disconnected and the email on the fridge garnered no answer. So we spent the week without internet and my daughter had work to do, requiring her to leave and go find a commercial establishment with a connection she could use. Summary: decent house but false advertising regarding swimming and internet.

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the water, the multiple rooms, refrigerators, washer/dryers. Great place for a vacation with your family. Storage areas were well identified so we knew where to return things.

Nice rental for large families

Nice rental that did not make you feel like you were on top of eveyone else while staying there and we have a family of 13. Loved having the screened in porch to gather in also with nice lake views. Great for kayaking, sunsets and fishing which our family does. The only negative I could say is that the cottage could use some updated pans and cooking utensils. The parking is tight if you have more than 4 vehicles.

Golf weekend

We had 8 people that the house accommodates easily. Nice view of the lake. Good communication and process for the stay

Great family get away

The house met all expectations and needs of 9 adults and two children. The pier for fishing and the kayaks provided additional entertainment for all!

Wall lake

We had a great time. Plenty of space for 9 adults and 5 young kids. All the accommodations that you need. Lake front is perfect for young kids. Lake is perfect for boats . Owner was great with responding to any questions

Family vacation

We had a great family vacation. This was our second family vacation at this lake house, and we plan on coming back.

Good vacation week

We had a good week! Kids especially loved the shallow water and beach area. Lots of bedrooms and huge washers/dryers were appreciated.
