"Room was clean air-conditioner in room was so loud that you couldn't even hear tv. Asked us where we wanted room had 1st floor didn't tell us that there were two different functions in the conference room kids ran up and down hall all night"

"Traveled 2 hours from Tampa for the Charlie Puth concert that was at 7:30 PM. Notified by Ticketmaster at 4:10 PM that the concert was cancelled. Call to the hotel and spoke with Victoria who was unprofessional. Despite the situation I was told if I would have called prior to the check in time of 3 PM they would have been able to accommodate. I understand business is business, but when I offered to even see if we could credit the use to a future stay at a Hilton and that I was a Hilton Honors member, since it was after 3 PM, the entire cost would not be refunded and she ended the call. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this property again."

"Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly at check-in, and we even received complimentary water upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good, and we appreciated that the pool was open until 10 PM so our kids could swim after we arrived. Would stay here again! 😊"

"Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed a strong moldy smell. The TV remote was also not working, and despite multiple calls to the front desk throughout the day, no one answered the phone. My husband went to the front desk for assistance. The employee working there (a pregnant woman with red hair) told him he needed to bring the remote down to the desk. He explained that he shouldn’t have to make another trip and asked if housekeeping could bring a replacement. At that point, she became argumentative and began yelling at him and was extremely rude. He repeatedly asked her not to speak to him that way. When he mentioned leaving a review, her response was simply, “DO IT!!!!” Because of that interaction, we never got the remote fixed because we didn’t want to deal with her again. We also had to listen to a dog barking for three days in another room for over an hour. On my last morning there, I overheard the same employee complaining to a coworker, using profanity over 3 times and saying she was tired of all the complaints about “that f*cking dog”. Parking was another issue. Large sections were blocked off with cones for the entire three days we stayed, yet no maintenance work was taking place. There were signs threatening immediate towing for anyone who moved the cones, and the same red haired woman asked if anyone got towed last night and the other worker said no. She stated she wished someone would have. So that was our vacation!"
