"Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Allerdings war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
( Gespräche im Nachbarzimmer waren gut hören)
Wir fanden den Preis für ein wirklich kleines DZ mit Minibad ( das Bad war modernisiert) etwas überzogen.
Schwimmbad und Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Es war schönes Sommerwetter."

"Mit der Unterkunft war alles top. Zimmer sauber, schönes Ambiente, sehr ruhige Lage.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbüfett war lecker und umfangreich. Es hat nichts gefehlt.
Einzig Mittagessen und Abendessen ist schwierig. Das "Weiße Ross" auf dem Gelände bietet nur 5 Gerichte an. Im Ort gibt es keine anderen Restaurants, was heißt, das man fahren muss. Wählt man Halbpension gibt es andere Gerichte, aber soweit wir gesehen haben, ohne Wahlmöglichkeiten."

"Major shower problem on day 1. Reported it straightaway: they kept saying it was solved but it wasn't. Only on the last night (stayed 4 nights!) did they say it was probably a building problem. Offered to let us have a shower in another room. Complaint and request for a discount resulted in a measly 20 Euros discount per night. V poor service an response: shame as it is a nice hotel."

"For the price that we paid it should have been a five star. It Waqas more like a 3 star. The food in the restaurant was ok. Nothing to rave about. I alway head that staying in a castle was amazing well this was just ok.
