You'll love the furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast and aperitifs outdoors on sunny days! Numerous amenities are available for your convenience: parking, microwave, television, hairdryer, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee. ## Emplacement
Demi-Quartier is a commune in Haute-Savoie, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, bordering the prestigious resorts of Megève to the south and Combloux to the north. Its name may derive from the shape of its territory, which resembles a crescent moon, or more simply from the fact that it was once part of a seigneury. But this is not Demi-Quartier's only unique feature: the parish was separated from Megève in the 18th century, but administrative ties have been maintained. Thus, the town hall of Demi-Quartier is located within the territory of its neighbor, and the two towns jointly own the church and the war memorial, among other things, in Megève. With approximately 1,000 inhabitants, some of whom live in hamlets, Demi-Quartier benefited from the growth of Megève between the two World Wars, which became one of the most prestigious winter sports resorts in France. This is why it boasts numerous hotels, while the majority of ski-related activities are located in Megève itself.
