"I asked for a different room than was assigned to me @ check-in, wanted a different location. Desk lady was happy to help, made the adjustment immediately. Modern, quiet rooms, nicely appointed except no freezer in mini-fridge. No highway noise or sound of other guests, despite staying the same Friday night as a large motorcycle group. Wonderful mattress, great night's sleep. Staff was helpful and friendly. Free hot breakfast has the selections you expect in a calm, noncafeteria setting. No question where we'll stay when next in Deming. "

I was charged for the room you took the payment it's documented in my credit card account but your company fails to send the hotel the vittural payment so I was not allowed a room. I ended up paying for a room bypassing Hotels.com and it was not a good experience. I may never use Hotels.com again."
