"We were a little upset to find our room (Room 517) had been cleaned on Saturday, 5/16/26, and the door was left unlocked and slightly opened. We reported it the Reception Desk twice. We would return to that location in the future."

"Breakfast menu is very limited, bagels, toast, scrambled eggs and sausage, they do have a pancake machine but besides the free breakfast you have a secure parking lot in front of the hotel. Hotel is well located downtown, a 15 min walk to the ballpark and roughly a 10 min walk to the Main Street for bars and restaurants, you also have restaurant within 5 minutes from the hotel. 2 minute drive to I-93"

"I was surprised how the kitchenette did not match the pictures on expedia. I was also surprised to have to pay a parking fee. We had to clean the pots a lot in order to use them. I thought I would need to buy dishing washing liquid. When I asked if there was any to purchase, I was given one. I did not like condition of the hallways near the elevator and how some of the hallway on the second floor was undone. For what I paid, I was not pleased. The people that work there were nice, except when I asked a housekeeper on our floor about just making the beds as I was leaving the room. (I had taken out the garbage myself and had only left the garbage cans outside for bags.) She gave an answer that I did not really understand her meaning. When the beds were still undone later in the day, I guess she just could not do it. Oh well. I don’t plan to visit this hotel in the future."

"Breakfast was good, not great, but it was an extra cost. I can’t think of the last time I stayed at a hotel that did not have complementary continental breakfast. It wasn’t better than that and frankly a little confusing. You could’ve included with your reservation, if not, charged to your room or paid directly, but even the front desk had trouble explaining that to me."

"We stayed here for 2 nights while in town for UNH graduation we were treated so nicely by the staff! We loved the location with the restaurant in the parking lot and close to campus. Breakfast was great too! Some of our group used the pool and the hot tub they said it was great. Room was spacious and clean and having a ceiling fan was so nice. Parking was easy"

"The breakfast was fresh. The staff, Jocelyne, and Felicia in particular were very pleasant but the manager of the hotel. Shah Was so rude. I have worked at the Four Seasons Hotel in Montreal, so I have experienced working in the hospitality industry. We have stayed at this location many times before and the way he handled the request that we had and they didn’t fulfil the request that we were promised, he handled it very poorly."
