I’ve stayed here before, and I can honestly say there’s been a noticeable improvement lately. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms this time, and it’s a big step up—much fresher and more comfortable. While the property is still a work in progress, the staff are the ones who really make the stay worth it: The Front Desk: Extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and welcoming. The Head Housekeeper: You can tell they are working hard to level up the cleanliness. My room was well-kept, and their effort really shows compared to past visits. It’s great to see a place actually investing in getting better. Between the renovations and the excellent team, I’m much more likely to recommend a stay here now!"

For the room to have smoking rooms on the property, I was weary but the non smoking room had no odor. Nice Stay. Pool Closed.

The hotel was clean but the last night of my husband's stay the water was shut off. Couldn't take shower or use sink. They kept the room clean and the staff was friendly but there's no sound barrier so could hear everything in the rooms next to me.

Stay anywhere else.

My husband stayed here on a work trip and could not be more dissatisfied. While it was 90-100 degrees his AC went out and had to sleep two days with his room being an oven. The shower and sink both clogged so many times he purchased his own Draino to fix it. The water quality was disgusting and came out brown. He purchased his own bedding because of how disgusting the provided bedding was. The coin operated laundry was a draw because of needing to clean his work clothes, but that unfortunately was out of order as well. He purchased air fresheners because of the constant smell. This coming from a guy in construction who’s used to working on the road, so his expectations aren’t very high.

I’m not even a princess but this place need to be shut down asap!! The room smelled really bad and was filthy!!! From the walls,bed linen and carpet just dirty!!! Holes in the walls taped up!!! Hair everywhere! Never ever again!

Awful customer service. They said they don’t deal with CheapTickets because it’s a hassle, because they are routed through a china company. I really do not understand, but they wouldn’t honor the price. They did their own new reservation.

The room and property were filthy. My room has used toiletries present. Roach traps visible beside the fridge. A horribly stained mattress, peeling ceiling, draft from the door, and no second lock on the door.

The cleanliness of the room was poor: bottle caps and dirt behind the night stand and refrigerator. The dresser, nightstand and TV had a film of dust. There was a dark substance around the crevice of the tub. There is a black substance on the AC/Heating unit. The wall art and mirrors were dirty as well. I purchased cleaning material (Mister Clean, Pine Sol, pledge antibacterial multi-surface cleaner,Lysol wipes, Clorox bathroom cleaner and Lysol cleaner with bleach, a bucket and towels and cleaned the room before my stay. Check in: I will go out on a limb to say that I guess the first older gentleman didn’t know how to use the computer. He had to call someone else up to use the computer to find my reservation.

It was terrible. We left at 5am. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty, no cups for the coffee, the mattress was so hard, neither of us could sleep. The shower was nasty and toiletries were in short supply. I refused to shower there.
