Any questions we had—whether it was opening and closing times for the swimming pool, sauna, or gym—she provided all the information clearly and with a smile. Her help made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself offered great service throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely recommended.
