Das Personal so freundlich! Im Restaurant gab es immer sehr leckeres Frühstück, Abendessen und ganz besonders möchten wir erwähnen, das dort ein Mitarbeiter war, sein Name ist Georg und er hat uns sehr nett und freundlich bedient, wusste sogar was wir nach ein paar Tagen am Abend trinken wollten und am letzten...

"Great location - close to Heathrow, easy to locate, private car park. Close to local convenience shop and a pub. Beautiful old guest home, with some lovely features; However, we were left waiting on the doorstep to get greeted for over 10 minutes, no apology from staff, later had an apology from owner for her daughter not hearing the door. We were told we could help ourselves to cereal, coffee etc from the dining room, as we were leaving at 645am for the airport, but the was only 1 bowl...
