"The room was absolutely gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond to decorate for my husband's birthday. The food was delicious and they were very accommodating with all our requests. One of our favorite moments was seeing all the monkeys running across the property. They seemed so carefree and it was an amazing experience. Our only issue was the outdoor shower was freezing cold. "Breakfast goes until 10:00 a.m. At 9:00 a.m., the only food left was bread. The fitness center does not have any equipment that actually works. Things were broken in the room. Not worth staying here."

The breakfast and lunch kitchen teams were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional. I have stayed in many Novotel properties, particularly across Europe, and this one truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had so far. "Perfect location, excellent food, hospitable and helpful staff. Walkable to local markets and the beach. Only negative is it's not for light sleepers unless you can do ear plugs or headphones because the walls are thin. Would recommend."
