"I loved this property! The hostess named Amina went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Amina was willing to bring us to local shops and marche. She negotiated prices with the vendors so that we weren’t overcharged. She also made sure we had transportation arranged to and from the airport. "Every time I come to Dakar for work, I stay here! Nothing like working on the balcony with a sea breeze and view of the pirogues! :) The staff are also amazingly friendly and wonderful, and you can just walk out the door and be on the beach and have access to all the restaurants around, incluiding the delicious seafood at Cabane du Pecheur next door!"

"The TV did not work, there were no WiFi and the toilet tank kept running non stop. The morning we were supposed to vacate the premises, they ran after us thinking that we were leaving and not paying the $7 fee, but we were just running errands at around 7 am. Horrible experience for my family. I end up leaving our vehicle outside and taking a cab to prove them that an adult was still with our luggage in the room. That’s just ridiculous. Mind you the room had been paid in full the whole time. "
