Villa located in the area of Las Marinas, about 2.5 km from the center of Dénia and only 500m from the sandy beach.
It has a large and beautiful garden with grass, private pool and portable barbecue. The interior is distributed over 2 floors, on the ground floor is the living room, dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has air in the hallway of the bedrooms. On the upper floor we have another 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Air conditioning in the double bedroom. Several terraces to enjoy a few days of perfect vacation!

Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca both the edge of the sea and the inland landscapes, orange and almond groves, charming villages, natural parks. You can practice all kinds of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. From Denia the boat leaves for Ibiza and boats for walks along the coast.
