About this property

Apartment with sea views Playa Dorada

  • Well-maintained and fenced residential complex next to the sandy beach. The complex has a large lawn area, palm trees and a variety of plants. A very large swimming pool with a smaller one separated for children. The property is located at the end of the complex on the first floor without a lift. It consists of a living-dining room with TV/SAT and access to the terrace with views of the entire complex and the sea. An American kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, small oven and fridge with freezer. There is a double bedroom with a 150 cm bed and another double with two single beds, a toilet with washing machine and a bathroom. The entire property has air conditioning (see price list). Distance to the beach just a few steps away, bars/restaurants 50m, supermarkets 1km and to the city of Denia 5.5km. Pets are not allowed.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
