Dream holidays in an idyllic residence.

  • In an idyllic frame, pavilion in small quiet residence with rare charm, raised park, big swimming pool, and beach has 100 meters.
    Pavilion of full foot in a splendid and rare small residence (30 dwellings, 1 floor max), secured sported with big swimming pool and nice sported garden;
    1 room with king size bed;
    1 room with 2 single beds; A large covered veranda with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. We eat there all the time. Storage in each room. Secure private car park in front of the front door of the pavilion.
    Denia offers a Mediterranean climate, with sun guaranteed in summer. The area offers the warmest sea water in Spain (27 to 29 in July and 29 to 32 in August)
    Denia is a high place of Mediterranean gastronomy (Unesco heritage creative city of gastronomy in 2015)
    Easy access from the airports of Valencia and Alicante.

Excellent magnifique

Endroit absolument superbe, l'appartement est très bien équipé, propre, calme, proche de la plage, les espaces vert très bien entrenu, ainsi que la piscine qui est très grande,nous avons eu un entretien téléphonique avec Gil super sympa, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Ein Stück vom Paradies

Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Es handelt such um die schönste Anlage, in der wie je waren. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, die Nachbarn sind alle nett und es ist sehr ruhig dort. Den wunderschönen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Die Betreuung war sehr gut und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Muy limpio y super tranquilo

El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario en todos los sentidos. La ubicación perfecta por que en 5:6min andando estás en la playa y la playa es de las mejores de arena y muy limpia. El complejo es super tranquilo, a partir de las 10:30 no se escucha nada y en la piscina nunca nos hemos juntado más de 6 personas. Zonas comunes muy bien cuidadas. Repetiremos seguro ya que nos ha gustado.

Fabulous time in Denia

Amazing location, very close to the beach and within reach of the centre of Denia (40 minute walk / 5 min car journey) with lots of amenities close by. The apartment is in a lovely complex with a great pool and lots of trees / green area where my children enjoyed playing. The outside space is perfect because it opens straight out onto this but is set further back from the main road than the other apartments. We will definitely return when in Denia!

Der Bungalow ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, die ganze Anlage gepflegt und ruhig und wie beschrieben sind es nur 2 min zum Strand. Die Kommunikation mit Gil lief perfekt, vielen Dank dafür. Wir werden nächstes Jahr gerne wiederkommen, Julia The bungalow is lovingly furnished, very clean, the whole area well maintained and quiet and as described there are only 2 minutes to go to the beach. The communication with Gil was perfect, thank you very much. We will be back next year, Julia
