L'endroit est très reposant, piscine très agréable avec son bar. L'appartement se trouve à 10mn à pieds de la plage et 15mn d'un supermaket. Très facile et rapide à récupérer les clés à la conciergerie. Les indications très bonnes. Vraiment une expérience positive.

El estudio pertenece a una urbanización con piscina y tiene dos toboganes. Se trata de un espacio pequeño pero está bien distribuido, tiene un salón-cocina, un baño y una habitación. También tiene una pequeña terraza que da a una parcela en la que hay muchas zarzas y puedes ver los jabalíes por la tarde noche, además de escuchar algún disparo en alguna finca cercana para espantarlos. Durante nuestra estancia estuvieron pintando la fachada, tuvimos que desalojar la terraza ya que los pintores nos dejaron una nota porque si no no podían trabajar. Además en la entrada al bloque de apartamentos encontramos muchísimas cucarachas enormes. Estuvimos hablando con la empresa encargada de alquilar el apartamento “el conserje” y nos comentó que se iban a hacer cargo de todo lo ocurrido. Tras 5 semanas recibiendo largas me dispongo a poner queja en la OmiC y dejar registro de lo ocurrido.

Apartment is as in the pictures. Bed and sofa are comfortable. Good location, close to the beach and a major supermarket. Parking onsite. Please be aware that there's no elevator, it's a 3rd floor but only 5 short flights of stairs. There's no wifi (it's mentioned in the listing), this wasn't an issue for us, but it might be for people coming from abroad. Host is friendly and communication is smooth. Check-in and check-out are done in another location, 7-9 minutes drive from the apartment.

El alojamiento estaba perfecto, muy cómodo para pasar unos días, nos gustó sobre todo la urbanización con las piscinas, que además tiene un par de toboganes, nuestros peques estaban encantados y súper felices, además la playa es de las mejores de Denia y lo digo siendo una persona bastante exigente con las playas jejejeje y muy cerquita del apartamento entre 5 y 8 min andando (con niños a lo mejor un par de min más) Para nosotros un 10 en relación calidad /precio estoy segura que repetiremos sin duda.
