A priceless find

It was amazing. The owner and general manager were so hospitable and accommodating. The location is right on the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas to make your time pleasurable. There’s a large fire pit with comfortable sofas to enjoy the evening. The rooms are spotless and the entire property well maintained. Personally, we found our new yearly go to spot for a relaxing getaway.

The place itself is great, but unfortunately there was a big wedding party staying there and my girlfriend and I were the only people not apart of that party. They were extremely noisy throughout the entire night, up until 2am to 3am. We hardly got any sleep due to the party happening directly outside our window outside. They were talking loudly, cheering, playing music. We were extremely frustrated because there is no staff around during the night so it was lawless, is what it felt like. Very hesitant to rebook this place because of this experience, even though we want to come back to the Cape this summer.

The room was really clean. Bed was comfy. Only thing was that I was on the third floor. Beach was great. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again!

Very cute place. My room was clean when i arrivied and i was lucky enough that it was ready when i got there, i arrived earlier than check in. The whole staff is so friendly. Every morning i had breakfast on the enclosed porch, while watching the ocean. The best part..how peaceful it is here.

Only good thing is that the property is on the beach however the staff does not clean the beach area . Trash on the beach from other visitors have been there from the day one to the last day we were there. Garbage cans are full and filthy. Umbrellas are broken . Someone spiked coffee on the table at the entrance and that table has been dirty for the five days we were there . Fire pit area is very dirty , it’s a shame . No one hangs out there . Room are not being cleaned every day and if you request for the room to be cleaned they don’t really clean it it felt like they just sprayed Febrezze . That’s not right . We payed over $300 per night Breakfast is horrible cheap very poorly made with very cheap ingredients . They don’t even have milk for the coffee and if you are lucky to get fruit you get stale fruit . Owner comes every morning to talk about himself and his house in FL and his boat .. it would be nice if someone would care about cleanliness and guests for a change . If you decide to go 2 nights is more than enough . Otherwise you will be wasting your money . Hotel is better option .

I don't know where to start... It is basically a cheap motel in disguise. I paid $1550 CAD for 3 nights. I understand the area is not cheap in the Summer but please. This ain't no Nantucket Island. All the amenities of a Road 66 motel: the cheapest soaps, plastic glasses in a plastic bag, disgusting rust everywhere (see pictures) and a world premiere: the hidden toilet latch (at least that one made me laugh hard). The air conditionning sound was something even the ear plugs that I had couldn't cover. And wait! We had the BEST room! The view was great, and it's was quiet. That's all there is.

The room was cute and had a window facing the ocean but no screen to open and enjoy. The bathroom was clean but no place to put toiletries for two people. I thought I spent the extra money for breakfast but the paper tucked into the envelope with the keys said breakfast was $17+ . There was 1 light for the entire room. Was it okay, yes. Would I go back, no.
