This was our second time staying at the Sea Shell Motel and once again it did not disappoint. We love the location, the beach and the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the motel and the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not bring our pets but love that we have the option to do so. We are already looking forward to our vacation here next year.

Clean room, helpful and friendly staff. Steps away from a private beach, perfect location. One thing that would make the experience better is if the hotel offered umbrella rentals for the beach. We were caught without one and I needed to run around to a few stores to find one. Otherwise great experience!

Location is great. Room was surprisingly great in size and amenities. Very comfortable and beautiful location on the beach. We would like to go back someday. A friend saw our pictures and asked where we stayed. We recommended the Seashell as a great escape.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights to go to a nearby wedding. We travel quite a bit, so the review is reflective of those travels. First off, the office closes at 5:00. So you have to be there before 5. We were there about 5:10 and received no help (how do we get to our room? There were no signs or map indicating where any of the rooms were.) When we arrived there a family of 4 that was also "lost" - they were hoping we could help. After about 20 minutes looking for our room ( the property is not that big but the signage sucked), we were able to locate it. The room itself was large, with two separate bedrooms, a good size bathroom with shower, and a sitting area that consisted of a small refrigerator, a microwave, couch, a small TV, and a bistro table for two. The sliding glass doors off the sitting room put you on a small balcony with two chairs, overlooking the public beach from an angle. The sitting room and the back bedroom had in-wall AC. The back bedroom had two twin beds. As you enter the motel room itself you are in the main bedroom which has a queen bed. The room was very clean. The queen bed was comfortable. The back bedroom had a TV that didn't connect to the cable (bear in mind that we did not report it, but still felt that it should be in working order). The small TV in the sitting area worked just fine. Since we were there on the weekend, coffee and a continental breakfast was offered. The coffee was very good....the rest was so/so.

We had a great stay. We stayed in room 10, a suite, which was perfect for our family. Motel has a private beach which was very nice. My family didn’t even want to go check out other beaches because they liked this one so much. Well situated, close to many restaurants and attractions. About 55 minutes drive to Provincetown for the afternoon. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, as were the other amenities (grills, firepit, ample seating areas. Overall a wonderful time.
