For the price it's hard to compete with this place. Are there more upscale modern hotels on the cape? Of course, but this is a great budget option for those traveling with a family. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was ready, and the beach was right next to your room. Would recommend!

We had a great stay. We stayed in room 10, a suite, which was perfect for our family. Motel has a private beach which was very nice. My family didn’t even want to go check out other beaches because they liked this one so much. Well situated, close to many restaurants and attractions. About 55 minutes drive to Provincetown for the afternoon. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, as were the other amenities (grills, firepit, ample seating areas. Overall a wonderful time.

The Sea Shell Motel is a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, clean. A great place for family and friends. Outdoor seating with a fire pit and grill. Not to mention the beach is right there with an outdoor shower! Staff is fantastic.
