"You can see the view from the window from the second floor not from the 1st. The toilet backed up and it went into the hot tub so we wasn't able to use the hot tub which we paid for. We had to move rooms we could have stay but again the remnants from the toilets backed up into the hot tub so there was not a chance that I was going to use that. We did get another room but I have yet to get accommodated for not being able to use the room wish we had paid for. We did get another room but the other room did not have the hot tub which we shouldn't have to pay for the first night fully but we did get a discount for the second knight which they said. I have not yet to get a phone call about The issue that we experience and also to get a refund back from the difference of the room. So because of that I gave it a low rating. "

"There was a lamp that didnt work, a ceiling can light improperly covered, the liggt above the dining table was bare bulb. I had to call to figure out the TV and ask about A/C. The front desk was helpful walking me through the TV, but they shouldn't have to, there should be directions in the room. I was informed there is no A/C at the hotel. No offer to bring up a fan and no ceiking fan in the room. Finally, I couldn't use the tub as when I turned on the sink, the tub gurgled and spit up brown sand water."
