"I miss the human contact. Definitely a bots/ kiosk is not for me. Not a fan of codes. -No coffee cups in the office, so I couldn’t drink anything and didn’t have any in room, that’s why a real human is needed it because people take them all. -Grounds like steps and walking paths to rooms should be cleaned and washed often. Housekeepers were unfriendly. -Had some small issues with my stay but they were resolved by staff members, I appreciate that. -Hotel is eager to families also our room didn’t have a fire detector."

"We enjoyed a pleasant night at this hotel while driving south on Hwy 1. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed resting by the pool in the sun, although it was not heated and very cold for swimming. The comfy outdoor furniture area was lovely to relax in, as well. The location was OK, about a mile walk down to Fisherman's Wharf with many choices of restaurants. The staff members we came across weren't the most friendly but OK. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for the night."
