Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre était correcte, mais assez sombre et mériterait un petit rafraîchissement pour être plus agréable, surtout pour un séjour plus long. Le restaurant est très bon, avec un large choix au petit déjeuner, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le personnel est également très sympathique et accueillant. Pour une nuit, c’est tout à fait convenable. Pour un séjour prolongé, un peu plus de luminosité dans la chambre rendrait l’expérience encore meilleure.

Se trata de un "cuatro estrellas" típico de Bali, la categoría se corresponde más a un tres estrellas bastante bueno. El cuarto es decente, la cama es cómoda, las almohadas algo altas para mi gusto. Las toallas de ducha podrían mejorar, tienden a mostrar señales de envejecimiento. Toca colocar la toalla de piso debajo de la puerta de la ducha para que no se salga el agua y se inunde el cuarto de baño entero. No brindan toallas de mano. La TV ofrece apenas canales decentes en inglés, no ofrece un entretenimiento real. El restaurante ha ido variando su menú a través de los años, en esta ocasión debí comer algunas veces en el hotel y, si bien ningún plato era un desastre, tampoco ninguno me resultó del todo satisfactorio, no había sido así en anteriores oportunidades. El desayuno permite salir del paso, hay días casi buenos y otros lo contrario. La lavandería, pese a expresas instrucciones, colocó mis camisas en la secadora, y como resultado todas ellas encogieron evidentemente. Nada contento con eso. A favor : Muy buen precio (dentro de ese rango no se consigue un mejor hotel). La piscina es bastante agradable. Capítulo aparte el personal, siempre espectacular. Me he quedado en este hotel quizás en diez ocasiones, ¿volvería? Tal vez sí, tal vez no, a fin de cuentas nada tan malo y nada tan bueno.

This place has shown us huge amounts of customer service and really made our stay very welcoming. The Staff there is the friendliest people in the world I do recommend try the in hotel spa the service was way better than any other spa service in Kuta and Seminyak. Seriously will be back every year. I wish there was more great things I could say about this place I loved it!

The Building where the rooms are wasn’t anything special, the Room was ok, bed was pretty hard as said nothing special. The breakfast was our bonus, with buffet everyday changing and Staff was always kind and helpful. At our last day, our room lost power after several unsuccessful tries to restore it we got moved into a different room. Staff were very apologetic about it. Overall it was a good getaway but probably wouldn’t return.

It was nice. We stayed out of convenience as this was close enough to the airport. Not much to do and very few sun beds that were all taken up which made our stay even more brief. All in all not a bad place and staff was very friendly.

Really nice motel for the price. The girlfriend and I had the time of our lives in Bali the time just went by like snapping of your fingers. The hotel staff and accommodations were great. Great place to spend your time in volley. The pool was a great amenity and shopping with the mall just down the street. Also chooodem Beach was literally a 30 minute walk with the girlfriend and I love to do. Super safe area and people were so accommodating, I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to anyone. I can overall a great experience.
