"This is one of the best properties to stay in Bali, if not the best. The rooms are fabulous: spacious, with high ceilings, huge beds with good quality pillows and covers, fluffy large towels, and good quality soaps and shampoos replaced daily. They also provide plenty of water, small treats and fruit baskets. The common areas are clean and well maintained, with a large infinity pool and a flowing ‘river’ that takes guests around in tubes. The restaurant serves a varied menu with dishes from both local and European cuisine. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, ready to serve and meet all your needs. All in all, Dumitra is the place to stay in Bali."

"We loved our stay at this beautiful ocean-close property. The gardens and fountains are stunning, and everything was spotless. The staff was wonderfully welcoming, and we were so touched by the extra care they took—especially when they used towels to make a cozy little nest for our daughter's stuffed animal toys. A truly charming and thoughtful experience."

"One of the nicest resorts we’ve stayed in. Our King Deluxe room was perfectly positioned in the centre of the resort with a bonus glimpse of the ocean. Room was well appointed with a balcony, comfy daybeds, a nice bathtub and free minibar excl alch. Breakfast is outstanding, very supportive of this concept as it illuminates the food wastage you otherwise see at high-end buffets. We stayed for 7-nights and still didn’t get to try everything. The spa facilities were also excellent. I’m sure they are more expensive than elsewhere but relatively cheap compared to equivalent quality in my home country (NZ). The main pool is huge and there were plenty of loungers for everybody. Still a few guests that felt the need to reserve loungers/cabanas several hours ahead of any intent of using them - but some people can’t be helped! The aqua-arobics at the pool each morning were a little intrusive but there is also a very nice “quiet” pool you can retreat to. Other dining option onsite were great and plentiful, as was the poolside service. No real need to leave the resort and we barely did. Thank you, highly recommend."

"For a property only 2 years old it needed better maintenance. Loose hand rails, bathroom was grubby, kitchen unit was falling apart. Sewer smell in room. Location on busy road - noisy day and night. Staff were very helpful and full of smiles. Pool at door was amazing."

"Staff were outstanding.. location fabulous. Breakfast was terrific. Small hotel big experience. Had a room that clearly AC was “unhealthy” giving out peculiar smell making things unpleasant almost unhealthy. Persisted for three days so escalated to Hotel who immediately arranged to change rooms for us. Technology little aged trying to watch streaming services needing corded mouse. Again staff were AMAZING."
