Hotel is average in terms of presentation, quality, and service. Would rate as a good 3 star hotel, but definitely not a 4 star. Staff were not overly helpful, although restaurant staff were excellent and attentive. Rooms were not ready at check in time, leaving us waiting a further hour in the lobby. Would not stay here again. Was a little on the expensive side, so was expecting a little more. Restaurant breakfast was good and location is handy.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very helpful, given that I arrived past midnight. The hotel was beautiful, the food was really good and so were the massages. Their location is the icing on the cake, walked for a little bit and was at the beach! Excellent in every way, will definitely come back! Terimakasi!

Checking in was professional and friendly & the lobby was welcoming. All staff were extremely accommodating, polite & friendly.& they all wanted to make sure your stay was enjoyable. The room was huge & the bed comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but very clean nevertheless. Loved the 2 pools & spa facilities although i didn't get to indulge in any of the treatments unfortunately. Maybe next time. Located very close to a ton of restaurants, bars & cafes overlooking the beach. Super location if you're catching a fast ferry to the Giies. Only a 5-10 minute walk depending on which way you go (there is a back pathway from the villas along the beach as well). Beautiful gardens & villas & the restaurant is in a beautiful setting too with a bright airy ambience. Thankyou for a lovely stay, it was very enjoyable.

Have travelled to Bali since 1989 and Sri Phala reminds me of what Bali was like when I first arrived, in every good way. The accomodation is old school Bali, spacious and quiet. I would recommend that villas at the rear of the property, away from the main room, but everywhere in the complex is lovely. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Would def stay at Sir Phala again.
