Long time customer here and have always loved my stay. This trip I encountered things I’ve never had before like unruly, noisy kids bombing in the pools, belting each other with pool noodles; lots of noise from pool bar at times late into the night, guests being rude and people chucking towels on lounges first thing and heading out for the day. None of this is the resorts fault, just a product of popularity I guess. Staff are amazing, rooms and grounds are kept spotless despite being an older resort. Location is fabulous and it’s still a beautiful place to stay even if I had some annoyances this trip

Fantastic location in the heart of Sanur, surrounded by great Warung's, cafes and shops. Close to the beach, but when you have the exceptional pool bar team there really isn't any need to leave the hotel pool the cocktails are the best in Sanur and the food is fantastic! Beautiful grounds and amazing staff, Swastika Bungalows is wonderful.
