Lovely hotel, fantastic breakfast, great staff but the only issue is that this is not a hotel that caters for those that have not booked a long term stay. The restaurant is unavailable after breakfast has finished and trying to get a drink took around half an hour. Once you accept that you are on your own then it was lovely, just don't upset the residents as they seem to think they own the place.

Spacious hotel in the active area of Sanur

Attractive hotel with well kept spacious grounds and well appointed pools. Helpful staff and great massage from Jinja. Two minutes walk to the better resaurants and bars of Sanur. 5 minutes to the beach. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Comfortable well sized rooms.

Great location, surrounded by shops and restaurants but a quiet and peaceful hotel complex. The swimming pools and gardens are great. The room itself was good (deluxe), with good air con and fridge. The toilet never seemed to flush properly and the water in the shower was slow to warm. Also the walls are quite thin so you can hear if you have noisy neighbours. Further, the curtains were very thin and let the early morning sun stream in, so not ideal if you want to sleep in. But for the price, I can’t complain and would gladly return, given its great value and location.

We love Taman Agung and have stayed there four times now. The staff are always wonderful and Sanur is fantastic. However, it could do with some updating. The rooms were a bit basic and our bedsheets had stains on them. The pool and gardens are beautiful and well kept. We didn’t have breakfast this time as last time we didn’t enjoy but it may have changed. However for the price, it’s great.

Most of the resort is an older Balinese style property. There is a newer block. I stayed in an older standard room and it was spacious, and had been maintained as well as an older room can be. Everything was clean, there was no mould, heaps of hot water and food water pressure in the wall in shower. Only the basics provided like cheap shampoo and shower gel, kettle with tea and coffee. No extras like hand towel or face washer or little toiletries like shower cap or toothbrush. Tv was old so just basic channels. Air con worked well. Balcony was big and had good privacy as I was on top floor. Pool was lovely but no service there if that’s important to you. Breakfast was included and although not extensive, it was perfectly fine and staff will cook to order certain items if you ask them. I didn’t know this as it was never told to me but I found out from a fellow guest my last day which was disappointing. I would’ve liked pancakes but didn’t know they were available Gardens are lovely and well maintained, resort is quiet and set back from the road so no traffic noise It would be helpful to have some information in the room about breakfast, wifi, etc Staff were lovely and helpful

昨年9月に行った時よりも、チェックインカウンター等がリニューアルされ、広いスペースでソファーなどが置かれていた。以前から庭の手入れなどもよく落ち着くホテルです。出発時に朝が早かったのでお弁当をリクエストしたところ、とってもおいしいお弁当を用意してくださいました。ありがとうございます。 今回の旅で3軒のホテルを移動しました。バスタオルやシーツが白く清潔感があり、ほっとしました。シャワーのお湯の出も良かったです。ただピロケースが少し臭ったのが気になりました。次回は5ヶ月後の9月に再度行く予定です。今度はホテル移動なしにタマンアグンだけの滞在しようと思っています。👍

コロナの前はよく宿泊していたホテルです。その時はフロントのスタッフも落ち着いた対応をしていただきましたが、今回はフロントのスタッフが皆さん若くちょっと心もとない気がしました。外のランドリーに出していたものが、フロントに届いても誰も伝えてくれなく、私は2度ランドリーに足を運びました。もう少し細やかなサービスができたらいいのになと思いました

立地、スタッフもよい。 清掃も行き届いていて部屋もまあまあ綺麗。 しかし何点かシャワーのヘッドに水が細かくなるヘッドが付いていてシャワーが全然水量が足りないこれが一番厄介かも女性は髪を洗うのに凄い時間がかかると思います。 洗面所にハンドソープがない、部屋にティッシュがない 、朝食が非常に種類が少ないので期待は禁物！価格が安いので費用対効果は良いかと思います
