Its private pier brought the convenience to deliver a rental boat to us. We sailed to a dock-and-dine waterfront restaurant at Mooresville. We also did kayaks, paddleboards, and sailing during our stay. The house is very clean and the host is very responsive for our questions. Two nights were not enough and we wish we could stay longer. "We booked Trish and Dave’s place for a sibling getaway weekend and it was perfect for us! The home is located on a beautiful property and close to lots of things to do. The house was super clean and comfortable and met all our needs. My brother, sister, and I were sitting on the front porch catching up and Trish comes driving up with brand new cushions for the porch chairs that we were sitting on to make us more comfortable. It was lovely!"

"I enjoyed the location of this property and the responsiveness of the host. However, all the good pictures of the house are in the post. The floor was soft, the bathroom door had been kicked in at some point and didn’t even shut. There were holes in the ceiling from a previous leak, etc. I hope there is a place on this app that I can add the pics that I took"
