The stay here was nice. The gentlemen working the front desk were welcoming and helpful. They hotel was well maintained even though they were going through some construction. Our room was clean and seemed up to date and had the space and comfort we needed for our weekend trip. The hotel is also in a great spot with a lot of stores and restaurants close by. Overall a great stay in Denver.

First of all I’d like to say their staff is 2nd to none very friendly very helpful. The hotel was under some renovation but still beautiful clean rooms. I would recommend them very highly especially as they’re near downtown in a very very safe neighbourhood.

Room had a leak for sometime. Mildew and mold near vanity. They gave us a downgraded room which was 3/4 the size of the room we paid for originally. No adjustment. Swimming pool was so dirty you could not see the bottom of the three foot are. No one swam in the pool. Bistro very limited open times and very limited menu. Cut our stay by a day and checked into a Day's Inn. It was great! Would not recommend Marriott, period!

Second stay at this hotel and it was very good as usual. Although there was some construction going on, it was not inconvenient and over the next day or two. I was told about it as I checked in. The room was great and very clean and private. Staff was helpful, and I had breakfast at The Bistro; just a latte and bagel, but there were a lot of choices on the menu.

Room was clean. That’s about all I can say and that the location is alright. Amenities were all closed down full duration of stay. Staff was kind of rude about it. I got threatened while asking if there was a gym since the website listed a 24/7 fitness center. The breakfast kiosk is expensive and wasn’t open when I needed any of the times I went down there. I asked for a partial refund or at least free parking and was denied and told to reach out to general manager. Won’t stay here again for the price and lack of amenities.

Location and staff is fine, I have stayed here several times over the last seven years. The maintenance is going down hill, duct tape on carpet seams, desk chair in room is delapitated. With these and why I will not stay here in the future they started charging a daily parking fee.
