Gorgeous 130-year-old Victorian Mansion nicely restored - nice private grounds outside the house with a hot tub - Katie and Jen couldn't have been nicer. Nice breakfast and healthy snacks. I loved the place - didn't want to leave! Keyless check-in is really nice. s'mores at night.

Location is excellent, rooms are superb and the staff is wonderful. It is nestled in a lovely neighborhood but parking (while available) can be a little tight. Flora House has a small but serviceable parking lot unless you are parking a full-size truck or SUV (thankfully we did not). Be sure to enjoy the garden during breakfast. We watched the hummingbirds at their feeders.

The Flora house is a beautifully kept old mansion type house. Decorated beautifully and CLEAN!! The grounds are pretty with flowers planted in the front and fresh flowers in your room!! great touch! The beds are very comfortable..my overall experience was excellent and I would make this my place to stay in Denver..convenient and walkable to stores and restaurants. The Inn keepers are great, helpful, friendly and so is the owner!! I cant say enough good things about the Flora House..you have to experience it!!

A lovely Victorian house, beautifully restored in the ways that matter in a great neighborhood in Denver. Spotlessly clean and honoring the historic legacy and aesthetics of the period but with modern conveniences. The people who operate it are kind, accommodating, and available but never overbearing. Be aware this is a house, so rooms on the second and third floor are not accessible by elevator. Private bathrooms, parking on-site, free WiFi, and continental breakfast with delicious coffee from a local roaster. Highly recommended! [Photos are of the Wildflower room and breakfast]

A true gem. Completely renovated gorgeous Victorian house. Wonderful innkeepers with just the right level of attentiveness to their guests. Will stay here again. As to the question about the area around the property: it is in a transitional neighborhood. A block away is a sketchy area. A block the other way is an upscale neighborhood. Like any big city, you have to be aware of your surroundings. The innkeepers were very helpful with keeping us in safe areas.
