Great location downtown. (If driving, there is a garage below ground that is quite reasonable. Street parking is a challenge,) Room was amazing: large, clean, great shower! Excellent bed as always at Hampton Inns! A personal greeting with your name in the TV screen! Lobby is huge, modern and well designed. Breakfast is usually great, but the hours are shorter on weekdays. Don’t miss it by coming down after 9am like I did! Great stay!

What location is nice, the parking is very expensive. They wanted to charge $60 a night for parking there. We found a place across the street for 35 a night. The room was cleaned, but the bathroom had no locking door, simply a sliding barn door that was made to fit by taking a piece of the wall out. The luggage carts had a flat tire and the elevators were confusing. That being said, we got a good night sleep in the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast has a good variety and excellent customer service from all the staff, especially the valet parking attendant who patiently answered some questions I had. Just one small detail: the hotel needs to inform Guess BEFORE the reservation if any of the amenities are not working.But overall, it's a good place to stay.

The girl who checked us in was rude. We called at night and asked for toilet paper and they said they would send it up and it never arrived. I sat down in the shower on the handicap accessible seat and the shower gel fell on my head. The toilet paper holder broke. The room was nice, but it seemed to be falling apart in little ways. Was not impressed with the staff.
