Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home including the 2 car attached garage. There is one locked owner's closet.
Other things to note
• Wildfires are a major concern for our community. There is a strict no fire pits, no campfires, no gas or charcoal BBQs, no fireworks, no shooting rule in order to prevent accidental fires. We and our neighbors take this very seriously and appreciate your understanding.
• Summer Travel
During Spring, Summer and Fall seasons the property is easily accessible by car.
• Pets: No more than 2 dogs per reservation. They must be house-trained and well behaved. An additional fee will be charged to repair/replace any items that are damaged or for any cleaning complications that may arise due to your pets.
• Noise: We are in a quiet, remote area. Out of respect for our resident neighbors, please limit noise outside from 10 pm to 8 am - we appreciate your cooperation.
• Winter Travel
AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required in winter months. Snow tires are strongly recommended. Snow storms can make winter travel unpredictable - please plan your travel accordingly. A plow service for the driveway is contracted, but during and immediately following a storm it can take time for it to get plowed. Shovels and ice-melt are provided.
