What a fantastic property! Perfect for families, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do and fantastic restaurants. The actual room was spacious, clean, and so much more comfortable than a “traditional” one room hotel. When we left we said we would stay here every time we had to come to Denver from here on!

Check in was challenging with no human available and parking was difficult to find initially. The pool area was great and we appreciated the pool towels in the unit. The kitchen was not well equipped for cooking(no measuring cups) but we improvised. Lovely apartment.

This was my first stay at a Kasa property, and we loved it! Great space (studio) that never felt crowded, storage/closets were spacious, as was the bathroom. Location is within 20 minutes (walking) of the places we wanted to see. Would definitely stay again!

The unit I was given desperately needed a deep clean and had a few maintenance issues, but the bed was comfortable and the gym and pool were great. My coffee maker was so full of sludge that it was clogged. I tried cleaning it, i tried all the things that Google suggested, but no luck, so I followed the Kasa maintenance request instructions on the counter.. that was 7am day 1. By 6pm I’d heard nothing back, so followed up through Expedia and was told “we’re on it!” Anyways, after dozens of messages and a lot of time wasted, I had to get up, go out and buy coffee everyday. I also had to cook my chicken in a pot because there was no pan. For what I paid for the convenience of the kitchen, I should’ve just stayed in a hotel with good customers service.

The place is very, very clean. No issues there. I love this place, but sometimes I end up with a room with a terrible view, such as looking at another wall. Even when I ensure that I get a balcony. The common areas are very pleasant, beautiful pool, even if it is small. Love the instant brewed coffee for guests out in the hallway, prepared by a machine that grinds the coffee on demand!

We've stayed at several Kasa properties, including the Mint House in Nashville (several rooms on two occasions), the Mint House in Dallas, and Kasa Jules in Savannah. Each time we've been amazed at the amenities, cleanliness and especially customer service the Kasa experience delivered. Our Denver stay was no different. The location in downtown LoDo was unparalleled, across the street from a river-front greenway and steps away from Union Station and historic Larimer Square. Bravo!

The area was quiet and easily walkable to some good restaurants. Also close to Coors Field and Ball Arena making it a perfect spot if you are coming to town for an event so you don't have to worry about finding parking.
