The sound proofing on the guest rooms needs to be improved. We were able to hear every door open, toilet flush, and footstep coming from all directions. The hotel provided ear plugs which were helpful. Other than this it was a great stay!

Very special boutique stay in downtown Denver

What a *wonderful* visit in our hometown. The Thompson is so very special. Beautiful hotel. Welcoming staff. Smart little touches (the rugs in the elevator!). Chez Maggy is a gift. This is our new staycation destination.

Excellent just excellent. There was a fine restaurant and also they allowed me to use their luggage carts to transport my bags up and down. Great people work here and it's easy. I recommend it.
