"I stayed at this hotel for 11 days for this trip and was very happy with both the service and overall setup. The property was very clean, and communication with the front desk was always easy and efficient. The room was well-equipped, featuring a washer and dryer along with a full set of kitchen utilities, which made the stay especially convenient. There was also a wide selection of TV channels, including CCTV International (in multiple languages), as well as CNN and ESPN for news and sports. It's easy to access bus stops and short distance to subway. The room is also quiet, which is super nice. "

Staffs were helpful and efficient and they kindly extended our check out time to take into account our late flight. The hotel is just by the side of the Grand Canal with a shopping center, plenty restaurants literally outside and metro was a short walk away. Brilliant stay and can’t fault it at all."
