"I was a solo female traveler and the staff was very welcoming and helpful . The hotel was near many places to eat and not noisy at night. The one compliant I did have and I never said anything about - was the AC made a loud noise that was a bit disruptive for my sleep (rm 606) they should get it looked at - but when I checked out there was no one to chat with about it. "

"Hotel was in a great location, nice room, however ended up moving rooms 3 times due to the shower breaking on night 2. We got assigned another room but was a lot smaller which we weren’t happy with. So we moved back to our original room with no hot water, a then came back for the 3rd night and they moved us to another room which was bigger an had hot water, so win win! "
