"We enjoyed our stay with everything about the facility excellent. Except that my family had a challenge in sleeping due to the noise(band)from close environment"

"The Stuart Hotel is close to the train station and shops making it an ideal place to stay in Derby."

"The staff were ok. The room was like going back in time. The furniture was discoloured and very dated. The bathroom was not great. Very disappointed with the breakfast. The photos show a nice continental breakfast but in reality you get some toast with jam or cereal with tea or coffee The rooms are not soundproof and we had some very loud ladies in the next room that decided to shout until 2am so no sleep for us All in all we would rate our experience a 2 out of 10 and that is being generous...

"8/10"

"Lovely stay again xx"

"Much improved since my last stay, check in and out very much improved.very convenient for the station "

"A mixed experience at this hotel. Essentially it was a great hotel... but someone seems to have stopped spending any money on maintaining it a while back. On arrival we happened to see a small sign informing us we had to pay for parking - only £3 but the stay started with a negative! The air conditioning didn't work and when we asked about it we were told it wasn't supported any more. The room was stifflingly hot and the windows 'for our safety' didn't open very far. Presumably some clients...
