"Agree with all the other reviews - nice historical building in a central area, and lovely friendly staff. But room was rundown - dusty throughout, musty odour, lots of rust and limescale in the bathroom. Bed was comfy. A fine experience. Lift wasn't working. "

"Good size accessible room and comfortable bed. Check in quick and easy. Accessible room has bars and fold down seat in the walk in shower. It could do with a towel rail, small set of drawers in the bedroom and the sink being further away from the toilet slightly. There is Emergancy cords in the shower and by the toilet. Breakfast was really good and hot. Good selection of food and apple juice or orange juice. Free tea and coffee 24/7. Check out easy and quick. Staff helpful and available 24/7. "

"The room and furnishing were very dated. I wiped the end tables and the coffee station with a wet wipe as they were quite dusty. The bathtub had rust damage so a bath was out of the question. Shower was fine. The trash cans were not emptied during my stay, the towels not changed. The bed seemed clean though and fairly comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was tasty."
