"Filthy floors throughout, a/c didn't work in 1st room. TV was almost impossible to turn on. Parking lot was completely crumbled. Phone number we were supposed to call went straight to voice mail which was not set up yet. Will never go back. Avoid at all costs."

"Parking in front of room was plentiful. The room was dated, but clean. Had all the necessities needed for a quick stay. Conveniently located across from Highmark Stadium. Overall experience was good. Would recommend if looking for a short stay."

"The rooms were nice with tall ceilings. However, the tall ceilings meant it was built with little insulation between floors. Yes, that means every step your upstairs neighbor took pounded through to your room below. I would suggest a top floor room, if that is an option. It's also concerning that the price of the room was 50% higher than a room outside of Philly or Boston for similar hotel (in one case both hampton's). This shouldn't be the case for Buffalo, but it fit our driving schedule...
