"Very comfortable room and bathroom. Flawless common spaces. No water fountain for refilling bottles and a tiny free water carton in the room. A further tiny bottle of water is available in the minibar for €3.50 but there is no convenience store close by. Coffee is from a machine only. Would I stay again? Definitely"

"This is a huge shout out to Patricia on the front desk without whom our experience would have been very different and not enjoyable. And a shout out to the cleaning staff who do a wonderful job. The difference in rooms is huge; standard rooms are small and light deprived with no view other than concrete. If you can, book the rooms at the front with a view of the river. Breakfast is difficult for vegetarians and after a while becomes repetitive. Despite being a 4-star, amenities are limited. Guggenheim is a 10mins walk away."

"The property was conveninetly located alone the Nervión river close to some trams and buses. The metro was further out. It was within walking distance to the Guggenheimajd not the old historic town. The shower was weak and very difficult to get the water temperature adjusted just right. The staff did offer to move us to a different because the first room was very narrow and small and has a tiny window facing the back alley. The water pressure was slightly better but the water would be scalding hot one minute and then freezing cold the next. It was unfortunate."
