"It was great to get connected rooms for family. When we went back second time, there was lot of road noise, it would be better to have doubble glaze windows to reduce the noise"

"Couldn't have asked for more. Perfect location for six nights in Bilbao. All the bars, restaurants of the old town a two minute walk away. Great room and facilities. Will definitely stay again when we come back."

"Wonderful boutique hotel down the street from the Guggenheim with plenty of restaurants, shops and parks nearby. Comfortable bed, strong wifi and very quiet. I would happily stay again."

"Super friendly staff! Good place to stay at when arriving late by plane, however we did not find good dinner options in walking distance -- there are multiple pubs around though if all you need is a bocadillo or some patatas bravas."

"The room we got was not the one we reserved and paid for. I’m not sure if the room was at the same value as the one we received. It was slightly larger, but their excuse for moving us was lame. They stated the room we reserved was not available until a day later. I chose to not disrupt our plans and stick with what we received. Other than that it was a pleasant stay, but not sure I would ever stay there again because of that issue."
