One of the standout highlights of my trip was the exceptional service provided by Bellboy Makhaya. Not only did he assist us promptly and professionally with our luggage, but he also went above and beyond by sharing great suggestions on things to do both at the hotel and around the island. His friendly attitude and helpful advice truly made our stay more enjoyable and stress-free. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning views, clean and comfortable rooms, and great amenities. But it’s the people like Makhaya who really made a difference. Thank you for helping make our trip to Barbados so memorable!"

"The hotel is very clean and there are plenty of staff on hand to help, especially at reception. We were very well looked after and well fed. Our ocean view room was lovely and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We loved all the water sports directly on the beach which were included. We never had to wait for any activities and all kit was provided. We enjoyed the complimentary water taxi up to Payne’s Bay where we saw turtles and a tarpon! The sea was clear and warm and the small beach at Waves well kept. Being brought lollies, melon and drinks on the beach was great. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special. "

"My husband and I had a great experience with our stay at the lovely Bougainvillea! The staff decorated the room for my husband's birthday and a gift on the first day! The staff was friendly and helpful with booking tours and getting us transportation. The food at the restaurants were pricey but convenience comes at a cost! The beach was not swimmable to me with the harsh waves and the extensive amount of seaggrum or seaweed... Not sure what it is called.... However, that did not take away from the pristine views and beautiful scenic atmosphere. Next time I come, I'm bringing my kids! I feel like it's not only a safe place for them to come visit, but also I know they will have a good time! The bed was comfortable and the housekeepers kept the rooms clean and tidy! I will miss this place.... We had a great experience!"
