"Great location from the airport, free ample parking, easy check-in and out. The place is very clean! We stayed in a premium room and it was a lot better than the standard room. Very spacious and clean, the bed is firm and the pillows are small and flat. The bathroom is a little small but not a huge issue. The access to and from our room was easy and since this hotel has wrap-around parking, we could park closer to our room and had easy entry to and from via key access. The parking stall was right below our window which was perfect. Great place to stay."

"The airport shuttle was full. We booked through a third party and were not told the parking was full. That was the only reason we chose the hotel. There should be more transparency "

"No lights in the room and shower curtain so long that you could slip on it while showering. Multiple times asked staff to put light bulbs in. I was there for 4 nights and never fixed. Staff said on day of departure that they could send someone up. What’s the use when I was leaving. I just hope they fix it for the next guess. Also reported it to the general manager and because we didnt book the hotel directly with them they couldn’t compensate or issues a discount or refund for the safety issues. It shouldn’t matter how a person books the hotel you should always make it right! "

"Filthy, poor accommodations. Grimey doors, wrinkled bedding, stairways appeared to be out of code, as they were sloped in a dangerous manner. Night staff told me they did not offer breakfast, even though the website said it did. It took 3 tires to find a room that did not stink. The exterior and front office are the only aspects that appear updated, which contradicts the room conditions. I'll never stay there again."
