Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Filthy - no refund even though we were promised one.
We arrived after a long day of travel with our two children to the place in a very unsanitary state. After just a couple minutes inside our feet were black. It was clearly not cleaned. Did not feel comfortable staying there so we contacted the manager. We sent them pictures and were given an apology and said they would refund our purchase since they had no other units available for our stay. 2 weeks later of reaching out and calling vrbo and still no answer. I don’t recommend staying here unless you’re ok with risking your health and money.
