We are here 8a.m. - MID 7 days a week to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Drake University is just a few blocks away making this a perfect spot visitors. 3 minutes from I-235 - Downtown Des Moines or Jordan Creek shopping center area are less than 10 minutes away.

Abner is amazing. Communication was as smooth as can be, the place was left in great condition, and the house rules were respected. I hope to host them again in the future!

stay in Des Moines

There were several issues. The lock box with the keys couldn't be opened, no one knew the code. The automatic deadbolt lock wouldn't open with number pad and could not be fixed remotely. An employee came to building to help and had me download app and it worked but took over 2 hours to get things working and I was late to an engagement. The TV never worked even with texts and calls made to report it. I was told someone would be fixing that and the microwave but they never showed.
